When robot Roz first opens her eyes she finds herself alone in a wild, remote island. She has no memory of getting there or what her purpose was but she knows one thing- she needs to survive. After battling a ferocious storm and escaping an attack from a hungry bear, Roz learns that her only hope in surviving is by adapting to her surroundings and learning from the island’s unfriendly animals inhabitants.

As she slowly begins to get closer to the animals, the island starts to feel safe and like home, and Roz even adopts a baby gosling-that is until one day, the robot’s strange past comes back to disturb her.
